Azaad Titliyan is dedicated to addressing the critical needs of female sex workers and their families. Our interventions aim to fill gaps in existing services and provide access to essential resources. Azaad Titliyan prioritizes providing comprehensive healthcare services to female sex workers, a population particularly vulnerable to sexually transmitted infections (STIs), violence, and discrimination. Many experiences of violence go unreported due to fear of stigma, retribution, or lack of trust in authorities. These factors can significantly impact their physical and mental health, and limit their access to essential services. Recognizing this, our primary focus includes preventing HIV transmission, SRHR and Mental Health awareness to promote a healthy lifestyle, bodily autonomy.

Due to stigma, discrimination, lack of documentation, and fear of exploitation, many female sex workers struggle to obtain bank accounts and Aadhaar cards. In rural or remote areas, there is limited access to government offices where they can apply for these services. These factors create significant barriers for female sex workers, hindering their ability to participate fully in the formal economy and access essential social services.
To address these challenges, Azaad Titliyan organizes camps for Aadhar cards, ratio cards and facilitates the opening of bank accounts to access pension schemes, empowering female sex workers to overcome these obstacles and improve their financial security and social inclusion.

Female sex workers face significant challenges, including stigma, discrimination, limited access to services, violence, exploitation, and economic vulnerability. To address these issues, Azaad Titliyan provides advocacy and legal services, including abortion rights advocacy, awareness of legal rights to health, safety, and dignity, and support programs that empower community members to make informed decisions about their lives and exercise their agency.
